1. Services & Usage

Zetta Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for internal business purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI models or infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform. We claim no ownership over your proprietary datasets or the specific outputs generated for your unique business context.
Our IP: Zetta Analytics retains all rights to our core algorithms, platform architecture, and pre-trained base models.

3. Service Availability & SLA

We are committed to enterprise-grade reliability. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding uptime and support response times are defined in your specific enterprise contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

Zetta Analytics provides its AI services "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free. We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from the use of our predictive models.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your enterprise master services agreement.
